I am a multi-time CEO, experienced advisor, and board member for private and public companies.  As a growth-oriented technology leader with demonstrated success across multiple functional areas, I am particularly adept at mastering markets and defining growth strategies. My passion is to establish a positive board / investor / operator dynamic. During my career, I have had extensive international leadership and M&A experience that provides valuable insights for companies expanding internationally, or entering the U.S.

I have a track record of being hired to chart a growth and exit path.  After five CEO roles including the recent successful sale of Zift Solutions, I decided to step back from the CEO position and pursue non-executive opportunities as a board member, advisor, and CEO coach.  My operational experience is a complement to an investor-led board and builds alignment with management to maximize the business outcome.

I received an MBA and JD from Emory University, and a BS from Syracuse University.
